Yet another strike against the disadvantaged by Attila the Abbott.

WTF?

So, it seems the Australian Government, err Telstra is going to be passing all our sensitive personal information from Centrelink and Medicare to people in 3rd world countries to steal our identities. errr....handle our requests for support, and as a bonus, put  thousands of Australians out of work and possibly on welfare.

Can't see any problems there ~

I know I'll sleep better knowing that I can speak to someone after being on hold for a couple of hours, then finally get through to someone else that has a smattering of pig english, no clue about your problem, get passed to someone else that has no clue to my problem....ad infinitum.

It seems the only sector of Australian society that can save the looming budget deficit are the unemployed, poor, sick, disabled and frail aged of our population.

"Please Sir, can we help more?  Take our rags, cardboard boxes and newspapers, they should fetch a cent or two, we don't need them." ~

It wouldn't do to ask the biggest companies in Australia to actually pay their fair share of tax, after all, their CEOs are probably some political parties contributers.

GST Coincidence?

Welcome to our Australian Sewer.

A sudden Government backbench push against 'policy' in trying to broaden the Australian GST base to cover fresh food, which has been exempt since the introduction of this tax, seems to me to be coming at a convenient time, when the Government is unable to get the bulk of it's budget past the senate.

Also convenient, it is proposed by 'expendable' back benchers, should the public revolt against the move, and the front bench remains totally insulated against any political damage.

Did someone say that there are no such things as coincidences?

As usual, our Prime Monster is demonstrating his empathy for the un-needed Australians, the downtrodden, poor, aged and frail section of society, just like a good sociopath should.

F**k you very much.
